All set for another cracking weekend of dogs betting with BetBright?
Last Friday started very well with Laughing Gravy and Ibiza Rocks winning for the preview, the later couple selections didn’t run so well and we ended with just the two winners, level stakes punters would of showed a small profit on the night.
Moving onto this weekend’s UK greyhound action and punters have the Romford puppy cup final live on RPGTV to try and work out.

ELAINES BOY is a class act and has been running well over the standard 400 meter trip, now stepped up to 575 meters by trainer Dave Mullen’s the daughter of Tyrur Big Mike can make all from T5 in the 8.18 race, leading early will be the key for the wide runner and if reproducing her four bend pace she will take all the beating.
Teejayspowerhawk and Fernhill Dusk are both respected and massive dangers if turning close to the lead, it’s a competitive maiden stayers race and plenty of open races will be won in the near future by these greyhounds.
BOOM BOOM LOVE ran very well in defeat last time out over the course and distance, making her Romford debut the Swindon raider found trouble early but showed good back straight pace and finished a respectable four lengths behind the winner Janoan, if ‘Boom Boom’ can trap out and lead the rails early she should make all in the 8.50 from T2. Mill Rocky is the main danger especially if the recent recruit from Sunderland leads the middle to wide runners.
The Romford puppy cup final is scheduled to start at 9.06 and it’s a very competitive final with the main ante post favourites through to tonight’s race, Laughing Gravy and Lenson Tiggy both ran well last week, with the former coming out a good 2 length winner after leading at the first bend, it’s a repeat of the semi with the dogs lining up in the same traps (T4 & T6) both will be fancied and either could win if grabbing the lead early.
However, its IBIZA ROCKS for us from T1, the Kevin Hutton trained youngster showed blistering early in his semi-final and if repeating the 3.78 split from T1 he should lead round and its race on from there.
The final selection at Romford runs in the 9.56 open race from T6 THEMOPONSPEED takes a step up in trip having recently run over the 277 meter sprint distance at Yarmouth, he also taking a step down in class and is fancied to make all if trapping and leading around the first bend, Ali’s Avenger is the danger from T1.
Over at Sunderland we fancy a couple of greyhounds, starting in the 8.26 A6 graded race with FADED MEMORIES from T3, the daughter of Droopys Kewell is only around 9 weeks out of season, she is however running very well and based on her latest split and clock she will take all the beating. River Major from T1 is rated as the main danger.
KILGRANEY HONEY can take the 9.32 race from T2, 14 weeks out of season she should be hitting top form around now and was running A2 grade before her seasonal break, now in A4 with a slow starter on the inside she can trap out and grab the rails early and make all, the main danger will be holding Sion Sunset early from T3 who rates as the main danger.
