Harry Kane back on form and likely to add to Villa misery
TOTTENHAM host strugglers Aston Villa in the Premier League Monday night football this week and the home side are heavy odds-on favourites for the win with BetBright.
In previous seasons this would look one to avoid as one team that you could always rely on to let punters down at short prices was Tottenham, but I’m not so sure that is the case nowadays.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are going about their business quietly and effectively and with just one loss in the Premier League all season on the opening day of the season at Manchester United, they will be a very confident selection with BetBright clients at the 9/20 and rightly so.
Villa arrive in north London manager-less, useless and clueless and with confidence lacking they look a team shot to bits.
The Villains did win here last season 1-0, but with just one Premier League victory all season and five straight losses in the league they can’t be touched, however tempting the 27/4 with BetBright might look.
I’m extremely confident that Spurs win this but, BetBright don’t pay me the big bucks to tip you up 9/20 winners.
Heavy-odds on favourites in the Premier League don’t really do much for me when it comes to punting and for more recreational punters amongst you there are a couple of better bets to get with the home side in this one.
Many were to quick to right off England striker Harry Kane and label the youngster a one season wonder and the 22 year-old answered his critics with a hat-trick in his last appearance against Bournemouth and the 3/1 with BetBright on him scoring the first goal against Villa is a bet.
The “Hurri-Kane” is a streaky goalscorer when he’s hot, he’s really hot and last season he went on a great run of matches netting in back to back games on numerous occasions.
If Kane doesn’t get the first goal, well he’s more than Able to score at anytime in the match which is 8/11 at BetBright.
I’m expecting Tottenham to win this pretty comfortably and at a tasty 24/5 with BetBright a 2-0 home success looks the most likely scoreline which will see Tottenham’s fine start to the season continuing and the Villa still routed to the foot of the table.
