Who was on my bets for Liverpool v Roma then?! OI! OI! Salah to score first and Dzeko anytime? Don’t worry about it! Thanks for coming!
I’m back for more with my Premier League Predictions for the weekend, so keep your eyes peeled!
How good was Salah?! Oh my days! He’s just exceptional. It’s been such a long time where one single player has affected a game THAT much! Never mind his goals, his touches in and around the box are just a different class.
I’ve had all my Liverpool mates calling me, saying they can’t believe he’s wearing a Liverpool shirt and all I’m telling them is to enjoy watching him play for your club, because he is out of this world.
I’ve heard some absolute calls, comparing him to Messi and Ronaldo – hold your horses people!! He’s brilliant, don’t get me wrong, but he’s not in their league yet; let’s all judge Mo at the end of next season and see if he can maintain his form from this season.
He’s been magnificent, but we can’t be putting him in that bracket just yet!
There was one low point to take from Liverpool’s win which was that The Ox has been ruled out for the rest of the season and won’t be going to the World Cup with England and I’m absolutely gutted for him!
Since moving to Merseyside, everything had gone right for him: he was getting game time, playing out of his skin in this quality Liverpool side and I’m not being funny, we could well have seen him starting for England at the World Cup too – as I have said, I’m absolutely devastated for him, but he’ll be back, don’t worry about that.
Bets for the weekend
Let’s start with the obvious and I’m backing Mo Salah to score first again when Liverpool play Stoke in the early Kick-Off on Saturday. He’s 20/10 with BetBright. Thanks for coming!
Hazard looked like he was back to his best against Southampton last weekend, so in Saturday’s late kick off between Swansea and Chelsea, I’m backing him to score first at 15/4 and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Willian smash one in the top bin, so get on him to score anytime – 21 /10 with BetBright.
United v Arsenal will be a quality match between two sides whose rivalry isn’t what it used to be, but nevertheless, both sides will want the bragging rights. I’ll be backing United to win 2-0 which is a decent price at 6/1, but my big one for this is Draw/Manchester United which is 3/1 with BetBright!
I like Watford but they’ll get beaten by a Spurs side who’ll be desperate to put in a classy performance after petering out of the FA Cup. Back Son to score first in this one (15/4) and I think BTTS at 5/4 is a decent price!
