Congratulations are due to the product team here at BetBright as we landed our first EGR Operator Award Prize at last nights “Oscars of the Gaming Industry” in London.
We submitted two of our newest innovations to the BetBright platform in Genius and Recall and last night were named the winners of the “In-House Product” prize, against a whole host of strong competition.

Innovation and Differentiation
At BetBright, we recognised that if we wanted to be truly innovative, we needed to own our technology. An off-the-shelf platform would not give us the freedom we needed. Building a Sportsbook and Casino platform is no mean feat, but it was core to our strategy.
With the technology enablers in place, we then had scope to really begin to build out the vision for BetBright.
In the last 12 months, BetBright has moved though the gears to deliver the real “get ahead” products we had envisaged from day one. Innovative and differentiated products, completely designed and built in-house, are beginning to roll off our production line.
Recall is the intelligent, personalised bet recommender that ensures BetBright customers never miss on ‘their’ bet ever again. Recall analyses a customer’s past bets, in order to recommend their next bets. 75% of all online sales globally are due to recommender systems. We recognised the potential growth this could deliver our business. Now reaping the rewards of Recall, we continue to extend its capabilities.
Genius is a simple, intuitive way for customers to find and discover horse racing selections. Customers can select their bets through a range of smart filters, based on form and course conditions. They can also search for their favourite horse, jockey and trainer.
Genius offers customers a differentiated, gamified experience. Developed fully in-house, BetBright were the first operator to bring the product to market.
We of course recently launched ACCA+1 for our Football customers, a new feature that is changing the way our customers bet on Football and offering something dynamically unique in the Industry.
Of course it doesn’t stop there…
Having played catch up on Horse Racing streaming, we didn’t rest of our laurels. Instead we launched BBTV, a first of its kind, double screen horse racing streaming platform. With BBTV, BetBright users are able to place their bets and seamlessly move between multiple streams within one console.
In Q1 2016 we launched BetBright’s new Casino, increasing the number of providers from only one to 14. Leveraging that integration, we have delivered innovative user experience and personalization to our Casino customers.
With intelligent rules engines we are able to personalise the user experience. Analysing a customer’s gaming history and minimizing the number of clicks needed for them to play their favourite games has resulted in significant gains in customer satisfactions.
